Digital Products & SaaS Access
By purchasing a CreatorSuite subscription or digital product, you gain
immediate access
to proprietary content, templates, automations, and platform tools. For this reason,
all sales are final and non-refundable
once access is granted.
Free Trials
For plans that include a 7-day free trial, you will not be billed until the trial period ends. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel anytime during your trial to avoid being charged.
Subscription Billing
Your CreatorSuite subscription renews on a monthly basis unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings to avoid future billing.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades.
Technical Support & Issues
We stand behind our platform. If you encounter any technical issues or require support, please contact us at
[email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Our team will do everything possible to resolve your concerns.
Exceptions
If required by law in your region or country, we will comply with applicable refund policies.
